Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and stack merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Inspect forklifts for safety issues and perform minor maintenance as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and warehouse policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
