Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach Truck, Clamp Truck, or Standard) to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to identify maintenance needs before operation.
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing inventory using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize warehouse layout and workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and hazardous material handling.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and navigating uneven terrain.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
