Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
- Handle physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (Counterbalance or Reach Truck preferred).
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures strictly.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and operating machinery for extended shifts.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory and scanning barcodes.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a positive attitude.
