Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize, pack, and prepare goods for shipment or storage.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate labeling.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Consistent work history and punctual attendance.
- Transportation: Must have reliable personal transportation to the job site.
- Communication: Basic English reading and speaking skills for safety instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
