Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure safe and proper functioning.
- Perform daily inventory counts and ensure accurate stock placement in the racking system.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Package and prepare shipments for outbound delivery with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding inventory levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Certified forklift operator (Class A or B) preferred, but we will train the right candidate.
