Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock is organized in designated areas.
- Perform daily safety inspections on all equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, orderly, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Follow all company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be willing to obtain a forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read labels and inventory tags.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
