Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to manage inventory, process shipments, and ensure our warehouse operates efficiently. This is a full-time position with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Receive and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, adhering to strict guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate warehouse management software and scanning equipment efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
