Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move products to and from trailers and storage racks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting regular stock counts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and report any mechanical issues to management.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Packaging: Properly package and label goods for shipment using standard industrial materials.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- License: A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
