Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) in a safe and efficient manner to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Ensure all materials are properly tagged, labeled, and stored according to inventory protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Accurately record inventory movements and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience operating a forklift is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (training provided on-site).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and record-keeping.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods, lifting heavy loads (up to 50 lbs), and navigating warehouse environments.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
