Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are followed strictly to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Inspect forklifts daily for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Organize, stack, and stage products to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse managers and team members to coordinate daily operations.
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the work area to comply with company standards.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Entry Level Friendly: No prior forklift experience required; on-the-job training provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
