Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory within the Mesa warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance and identify maintenance needs.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and weight limits.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Accurately count and record stock movements using inventory management software.
- Assist in warehouse organization and layout improvements to optimize storage space.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer literacy for logging inventory and reading reports.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Mesa facility.
- Eagerness to learn and obtain a forklift license.
