Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products within the facility and to/from the dock.
- Verify and inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform daily equipment checks and routine maintenance to ensure machinery is in proper working order.
- Assist with inventory control and stock management as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator license (Class A, B, or C) or willingness to obtain one through our training program.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), and perform repetitive motions.
- Experience: No prior experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and documents.
