Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Move, load, and unload pallets and materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Assist in scanning, counting, and verifying inventory stock levels accurately.
- Load & Unload:** Perform daily pre-shift inspections of forklifts and warehouse equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack customer orders efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Driver's License: A valid state ID or driver's license is required.
