Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and products using forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Verify inventory counts and document stock movements using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment for safety and maintenance needs before use.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure efficient workflow and clear evacuation paths.
- Assist in general warehouse duties, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding stock levels and operational needs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior forklift experience required; training provided.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must be able to pass a forklift certification test during the hiring process.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
