Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision and care.
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling and placement.
- Perform daily equipment inspections to verify that machinery is functioning safely before use.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sweeping, mopping, and organizing aisles according to safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment for all employees.
- Assist with inventory management by accurately counting and recording stock movements.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on concrete floors.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
