Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise with high accuracy.
- Pack, label, and ship customer orders to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
- Assist in loading and unloading semi-trucks and delivery vans.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Perform basic inventory counts and cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and scanning.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including overtime.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
