Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and move materials.
- Manage inventory by accurately scanning items and maintaining organized storage zones.
- Perform daily safety inspections of equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Load and unload trucks according to shipping schedules and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S standards.
- Assist with order fulfillment to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety compliance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
