Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks, railroad cars, and cargo planes using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping docks.
- Inspect equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition before use.
- Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (we offer training!).
- Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety logs and inventory sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
