Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, stack, and organize inventory with precision.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to strict safety guidelines.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Accurately count and verify stock levels using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Willingness to obtain a valid Forklift Operator Certification (we provide training!).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical stamina required to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid Driver's License is a plus.
