Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and reconciling stock against system records.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Assist in organizing and storing inventory in designated areas to optimize warehouse flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
