Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We are looking for team players who are ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Perform inventory counts and stock adjustments as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
