Responsibilities
- Pick and pack products from warehouse shelves according to customer orders with high accuracy.
- Verify item descriptions, quantities, and quality before packing.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) efficiently.
- Ensure the packing station is organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve order discrepancies.
- Load shipments onto delivery trucks or pallets as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
