As a Forklift Operator, you will play a critical role in our daily operations, ensuring that our supply chain remains seamless and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer on-the-job training for candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance on forklifts and warehouse machinery.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a tidy, safe work environment.
- Operate inventory management software and handheld scanners to track stock levels accurately.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain certification through our training program).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld devices.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
