Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Assist in warehouse optimization and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license or certification
- Minimum 1 year experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
