Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to optimize warehouse flow.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, or Order Picker).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
