Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of all equipment to ensure operational safety and compliance.
- Accurately document inventory movements using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and shipments.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience operating industrial forklifts (reach trucks, sit-down forklifts).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer skills for logging inventory data.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
