Your Role:
As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that materials are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility. You will be the face of our commitment to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock organization.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Class 1, 3, or 4) with a valid license.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy loads up to 50 lbs.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
