Responsibilities
- Operate electric/pneumatic forklifts to efficiently move, load, and unload materials
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanning systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and equipment inspection procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new team members on safe material handling practices
- Perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
- Support month-end inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- 2+ years warehouse/forklift experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance record
- Valid driver's license and clean driving history
- High school diploma or equivalent required
