Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move materials efficiently within warehouse facilities
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation through WMS systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company material handling procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse workflow
- Load/unload trucks and stage products for efficient distribution
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and 5S compliance
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-certified forklift operator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating sit-down forklifts in warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
