Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move materials and merchandise.
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety protocols and weight limits.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure operational safety.
- Stock and organize inventory with precision to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S standards.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
