Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including Reach Trucks and Pallet Jacks) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and stage freight accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Inspect equipment for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong understanding of workplace safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
