Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels through cycle counting.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues and report any maintenance needs.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure warehouse organization and workflow.
- Prepare and organize pallets for shipment or storage according to specifications.
Qualifications
- Current and valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and overtime.
