Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect equipment for safety hazards and perform routine maintenance checks before each shift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet production targets.
- Perform general warehouse duties including cleaning, organizing, and staging products.
Qualifications
- Valid Class I or Class III Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and paperwork.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
