Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of forklift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including organizing pallets and staging areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
- Document inventory movements and report any equipment issues immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain one).
- Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
