Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and ensure forklifts are maintained in good working order.
- Verify inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid and current forklift certification (Class A or Class B).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
