We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and ready to contribute to a high-performing warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse and loading dock areas.
- Perform routine safety inspections of forklifts before and during shifts and report any mechanical issues immediately to management.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Ensure the safety of the work area by keeping aisles clear, strictly adhering to OSHA regulations, and wearing proper PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and adhere to shipping schedules.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (CFO) or valid forklift license is required.
- Previous experience operating sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, or pallet jacks.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills required for inventory counting and checking.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and procedures.
