Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise for customer orders using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
- Load and unload trucks according to safety protocols and shipping schedules.
- Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor.
- Follow all company safety policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and barcodes.
- Forklift certification is required (or willing to get certified).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
