Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and safety-conscious individuals to operate material handling equipment in our high-volume warehouse. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts daily for safety and functionality before starting shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to strict OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate inventory flow and timely order fulfillment.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to management immediately.
- Follow all company policies regarding hazardous materials and heavy lifting protocols.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (Counterbalance, Reach, or Order Picker).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
