Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders while adhering to strict inventory control standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the warehouse floor and dock areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (valid for the equipment being operated).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
