Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain detailed logs of stock movements.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure operational readiness.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline daily operations and meet targets.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (CFP or equivalent).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work overtime and weekends as needed.
