Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently within the temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas while adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Conduct regular quality checks on stored goods to ensure freshness and integrity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination and ensure safety compliance.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Ability to work effectively in extreme cold environments (below 35°F).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
