Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and document any discrepancies.
- Inspect forklift equipment for safety issues before use and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to 5S principles.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator license (CFL) is required.
- Valid Driver's License (Class C).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
