Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for any mechanical issues and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory, ensure stock levels are accurate, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE and following OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status and operational needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check and a pre-employment drug screen.
- Willingness to undergo forklift certification training (provided on-site).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking systems.
