Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including Reach, Counterbalance, and Pallet Jacks) in strict accordance with safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping lanes efficiently.
- Inspect equipment for damage, malfunctions, or mechanical issues and report any concerns to management immediately.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of stock movements.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads and other warehouse staff to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial environment.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety instructions, load plans, and inventory lists.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and maneuver in tight spaces.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to company policies.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
