Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers, ensuring cargo is secured and properly documented.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe operating condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Keep the work area organized and free of debris to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (Must hold valid Forklift Certification).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
