Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the Mesa facility.
- Conduct thorough pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections to ensure mechanical safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by properly tagging and organizing stock.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Keep the warehouse aisles clear and organized to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A or Class B forklift operator certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
