Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials efficiently.
- Conduct daily safety inspections on forklifts and work areas to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to maximize warehouse space.
- Ensure adherence to all company safety policies and operational procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA 10 or equivalent).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.
