Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Inspect forklifts daily for safety issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organize and stock inventory shelves accurately to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and warehouse staff to coordinate logistics.
- Complete necessary paperwork and logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Forklift License) is required.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and tagging.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
