Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Conduct daily safety checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Inventory management, including scanning, labeling, and organizing stock in designated areas.
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training for forklift certification.
- Basic reading and writing skills for logging inventory and safety reports.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
