Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently process customer orders using warehouse management systems with 99% accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse database.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move materials and pallets as needed.
- Load and Unload: Manually and mechanically load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo security and safety protocols are followed.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in a fast-paced setting.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and possess a strong work ethic.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Forklift Certification: Current forklift certification is a major plus.
